In case of dissatisfaction from our crackers, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders  and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
• A customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation
• Cancellation fee 4% applicable on processing order
• Due to the nature of the product Once the order dispatch from warehouse there is no cancellation and refund can be entertained.
