Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be collected if a confirmed order is cancelled after processing has started.

85% Refund

Refund After Processing

If a confirmed order is cancelled after processing, only 85% of the paid amount will be refunded, subject to the applicable cancellation charges.

Delivery Charges

In case of cancellation, the customer is responsible for the applicable delivery charges incurred in connection with the order.

A 4% cancellation fee is applicable on orders that are being processed and subsequently cancelled.

All eligible refunds are made through the customer wallet only. Customers can submit a wallet withdrawal request to transfer the available refund amount to their bank account.

Refund Approved Eligible refund amount is processed.

Wallet Credit Refund amount is credited to your wallet.

Withdrawal Request Customer can request withdrawal to their bank account.

Bank Credit Wallet withdrawal is credited to the bank account within 5–7 working days.

Once a wallet withdrawal request is submitted, the eligible amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to applicable banking and processing timelines.
